The parish prepares between 40-70 candidates for the Sacrament of Confirmation every year. For approximately 12 weeks, a very dedicated and well trained group of catechists give their time to the youngsters, guiding and helping them develop their knowledge of our Christian faith. This is taken from a booklet prepared by Fr Mackenzie and the group. It is a very rewarding work helping the young people in this way.
